Our Salon Policy
Thank you for considering us, we look forward to servicing you
•- *FIRST* Please make sure you have READ and UNDERSTAND the Salon Policy before booking an appointment.
•We do allow a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes of being late we will ask for you to reschedule If timing interferes with next client.
•We do ask to give a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
•We do ask for a 48 hour notice if you need to reschedule. We only transfer your deposit once. You will be required to pay a new deposit after first deposit has been transferred once.
•We will not tolerate any disrespect or Profanity. You will be asked to leave and no longer able to book any future services.
•Once you leave the salon we are no longer liable for your hairstyle. Please let us know if you would like anything changed with in reason at time of service.
•If you allow photos to be taken of hairstyle after service, you are giving me consent to post.
•NO refunds will be given after service.
•No extra guest due to limited seating space.
•MUST come payment ready, meaning no leaving for ATM.
•We only take card or cash payments. I DO NOT accept cash app, Zelle or Venmo.
*Once you have booked your appointment with Pretty Little Touch LLC you have agreed to the following above. Meaning booking your appointment is signing an agreement to the following above.
