Our Policy

  • Rescheduling is accepted 48 hours prior to appointment time. Retainers are non-refundable. Retainers are transferable only ONCE! After that you will be required to pay a new retainer. You may reschedule for time and dates available ONLY. 
  • After 10 minutes of being late a $10 late fee will be charged. You will be asked to reschedule after 15 minutes of being late 
  • Please cancel your appointment 24hrs in advance if needed.
  • NO REFUNDS
